Leadership Readiness Programme
Your managers know what good leadership looks like. But when the pressure hits, the gap between knowing and doing shows up.
This programme closes that gap. Not by teaching leadership theories. Each scenario places leaders inside a moment they'd recognise from their own week. Two decision points surface how they instinctively respond - and whether they can get underneath the symptom to the systemic cause. That distinction is where development happens.
A 12-month scenario-based development programme building leadership capability from the inside out - starting with the foundational blind spots most leaders don't know they have, and building through to the executive capabilities that turn readiness into results.
Programme at a glance
Phase 1 (the 5 Leadership Blind Spots) stands alone as a complete engagement. The full programme runs across both phases for organisations that want the complete development journey.
The 5 Leadership Blind Spots
The foundational leadership gaps most leaders don't know they have. Each blind spot is a pattern - in how leaders see themselves, how they affect others, and what they consistently miss. Addressing them builds the foundation that every other leadership capability depends on.
Self-Awareness & Emotional Impact
The gap between how leaders see themselves and how they actually land with their teams. Between intent and impact. What you don't know you don't know about your own effect on others.
Psychological Safety & Trust
Building the conditions where teams will raise concerns, admit mistakes, and experiment without fear. The foundation of learning, innovation, and honest communication.
Communication & Relationship Dynamics
How leaders listen, how they are heard, and the gap between the two. The patterns in how they communicate under pressure - and what those patterns cost.
Delegation & Empowerment
The difference between delegating tasks and genuinely empowering people. How leaders become bottlenecks without realising it - and what that costs at scale.
Feedback & Performance Conversations
The conversations leaders avoid, the feedback they dilute, and the performance dynamics they leave unaddressed. What happens to teams when honest feedback is absent.
How the programme works
Scenario-based learning on our platform
Each blind spot is explored through realistic, contextually rich scenarios. Two decision points per scenario - the first surfaces instinct, the second surfaces whether the leader can identify the deeper cause. This is scenario immersion, not pattern recognition. Pattern recognition questions invite the answer leaders think you want to hear. Scenario immersion captures how they actually respond.
Micro-practices in the flow of work
Weekly practices that apply directly to leaders' real work. Not additional workload - practices embedded in what they're already doing.
Facilitated cohort sessions
Group sessions throughout the programme - sharing insights, consolidating learning, and driving accountability. Leaders discover they're facing the same challenges, and that shifts the conversation from isolated struggle to shared practice.
Personalised dashboard
Individual scores by blind spot, progress tracking, and real-time visibility throughout the programme.
Reassessment and Growth Report
Full reassessment across all five blind spots. Individual Growth Report measuring capability development against baseline - showing how far each leader has come.
Who this programme is for
Leaders and managers at all levels - not just executives. The five blind spots are relevant across every leadership level and every industry.
- Senior and executive leaders navigating change
- Mid-level managers responsible for team performance and adoption
- Any leader who wants to understand the gap between their intent and their impact
Executive Leadership Readiness
For leaders who have addressed the foundational blind spots, Phase 2 builds the advanced capabilities required to lead through complexity and continuous change - where decisions are more complex, stakes are higher, and leading people through continuous change demands a different kind of leadership.

Why this programme works when others don't
Leadership isn't a knowledge problem - if it were, we would have solved it by now. The scenarios don't teach. They reveal. And what gets revealed becomes the foundation for what gets built.
Authentic responses, not performed ones
Pattern recognition questions ("how do you typically respond?") invite the answer leaders think you want to hear. Scenario immersion ("what are you feeling right now?") captures how they actually behave - in the moment, under pressure. That's the difference between a programme that informs and one that changes behaviour.
Progressive complexity
Content builds systematically. Each blind spot builds on the previous one. Leaders aren't asked to run before they can see where they're standing.
Individual and collective learning
Scenarios build individual capability. Cohort sessions build shared language, accountability, and the conditions for culture change across the organisation.
What participants say
"An engaging and useful tool that didn't present 'one right answer' and acknowledges individual variations in how people experience and respond to situations."
Rafe Ball
Director, Octarine Learning (UK)
"Full of very useful insight and personal learning."
Lucia de Luca
CEO, Ahead (Luxembourg)
"The scenario immersion methodology, the quality framework applied to every scenario, and the evaluation architecture reflect a level of craft that goes beyond standard leadership development practice. You have to try it to believe it!"

Works with the Leadership Readiness Assessment
This programme stands alone - it does not require the Assessment as a prerequisite. For organisations that want both, the Assessment maps where the gaps sit at the organisational level, and the Programme closes them at the individual level. Each delivers value independently.
